Cooking instructions

  1. Add 2 cups of water and 2 tbsp of olive oil (or your preferred oil) to a pan or skillet over high heat.
  2. Bring water to a rapid boil and add the entire contents of the pouch, stirring to combine.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 7-10 minutes or until all water has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  5. For a new twist on classic favorites, try it in meat sauce for pasta, or make into ME’EATballs or burgers.

Their loss, my advantage.

I recently discovered this product when the local Sprouts store that I shop at apparently decided to discontinue it, and put it on steep discount. Their loss, my advantage. After trying one package, I went back and bought them out. I follow Dr. T. Colin Campbell's plant-based-whole-food eating program so finding a product that is complementary with that, while being a good source of protein, is a 'god send'. I've tried a few other similar products but find the seasoning and texture of Rollin Greens FAR better. Keep it com'n folks, and I'll keep buying. If I were going to offer one suggestion for experimentation, it would be this. While peas are a rich source of plant protein, they do suffer from having lectin content. Both Hemp protein and Pumpkin seed proteins have the dual benefit of being 1.) free of lectins, and 2.) among the very few plant protein sources that provide COMPLETE protein. THAT would be a killer combo for future Rollin Green products.

Great item

I watched your video and decided to try making hamburger patties. After you add the condiments you really don’t know it is not hamburger. I added a finely chopped an onion and Worcestershire sauce in the mixture. Next time I may add maybe a smoky spice to it. The Salt & Pepper item has many possibilities for other dishes. I am excited to branch out. The Chicken one I made a casserole and very happy with how that turned out as well.

It tastes great!

The classic salt & pepper has no ingredients that are known to be allergenic or raise inflammation. It tastes so yummy & can be used to make many different dishes. So glad for this product.

Too much sodium(salt)

I really like the Classic Salt & Pepper and this brand because of the clean ingredients but I do not like the extreme sodium in the product!! It’s way too much and can mess up a dish. Less sodium or none and we are good!!!

WE HAVE ARRIVED

at a plant-based ‘burger’-like experience for any recipe that calls for ground meat. It does not have that distinct fake-a-flav like impossible and beyond. Yay! for the inventors and more yay!!! for me.
