Cooking instructions

  1. Add 2 cups of water and 2 tbsp of olive oil (or your preferred oil) to a pan or skillet over high heat.
  2. Bring water to a rapid boil and add the entire contents of the pouch, stirring to combine.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 7-10 minutes or until all water has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  5. For a new twist on classic favorites, try it in meat sauce for pasta, or make into ME’EATballs or burgers.

Had my first taste of salt and pepper me'eat delicious. I was recently diagnosed with Alfa Gal syndrome. From a tick bite. I have found my beef like replacement. I am so thankful. You should also add this to your packaging. Their are a lot of people with same problem. Let the people know. Thanks again.

A great meat substitute

My daughter is on a very restricted meal plan and doesn't eat meat. Your Classic Salt and Pepper plant based meatless crumbles helps provide protein in her diet and she loves the taste. I used to buy this at stores near where we live, but lately have trouble finding this version, the only one she can eat. I'm wondering why I can't find it in the stores that normally carry it? I ordered from you directly and got a large supply of the Salt and Pepper version. Thank you so much!

Amazing!

I have been looking for a beef replacement for two years now. I have tried many recipes for burgers from beans mostly. Me’eat is my perfect replacement. Taste and texture is phenomenal! So much healthier with almost zero fat! I used for meatballs, burgers and taco/burritos. I no longer miss beef! Thank you Rollin Hills. I’m receiving nothing except great food for this review.
