Cooking instructions

  1. Add 2 cups of water, 2 tbsp of olive oil (or your preferred oil) to a pan or skillet over high heat.
  2. Bring water to a rapid boil and add the entire contents of the pouch, stirring to combine.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 7-10 minutes or until all water has evaporated, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  5. Serve with sauteed onions and peppers in your favorite taco shell or tortilla. Or, try it in quesadillas, burritos, taco salads, and more.

Terrific taste and texture

This is a delicious blend to make tacos, nachos, casseroles, stir fry or anything you might put meat in. I am vegan and my family is not, but I am the chef! They eat this with relish.
