Toasted Taco Wrap GROUND TACO

Wrap filled with RollinGreens Ground Taco, crunchy tostada shell, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream, toasted and ready for any hungry tummy.

Serves 1 person


For Ground Taco ME’EAT

  • 1 Bag RollinGreens Ground Taco ME’EAT
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Wrap

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1 small flour tortilla
  • 1 tostada shell
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional cheese alternative)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbsp sour cream (optional dairy free alternative)
  • Salsa or favorite hot sauce


  1. For the Ground Taco ME’EAT, bring 2 cups water and olive oil to a boil in a medium pot or pan. Reduce heat to medium low.
  2. Add the entire contents of the Ground Taco ME’EAT and stir well.
  3. Cook 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the moisture has been absorbed. Turn heat to simmer.
  1. For the wrap, cut lettuce into shreds. Dice tomato. In a large pan, heat to medium and add the large tortilla. Add cheese followed by 1 cup cooked of Ground Taco.
  2. Add tostada shell next, followed by the shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sour cream. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until cheese has melted and tortilla is golden brown.
  3. Top with small tortilla and fold each side until fully closed.
  4. Flip and cook on other side for same amount of time or until tortilla is golden brown.
  5. Cut in half and place onto serving plate. Serve with a side of fresh salsa or your favorite hot sauce.
