Panini Burrito GROUND TACO

RollinGreens Ground Taco ME’EAT, beans and cheddar cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla.

Serves 2 people


For Ground Taco ME’EAT

  • 1 Bag RollinGreens Ground Taco ME’EAT
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Burrito

  • 8 oz. can refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional cheese alternative)
  • 1 large flour tortilla


  1. For the Ground Taco ME’EAT, bring 2 cups water and olive oil to a boil in a medium pot or pan. Reduce heat to medium low.
  2. Add the entire contents of the Ground Taco ME’EAT and stir well.
  3. Cook 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the moisture has been absorbed. Turn heat to simmer.
  4. For the burrito, preheat panini maker. Place ¼ cup of beans and ¼ cup of cooked Ground Taco ME’EAT on the center of the tortilla and top with ¼ cup shredded cheese, roll and place in panini maker and cook until cheese is melted (7-10 minutes).
  5. Serve with your favorite hot sauce.
