Street Tacos made with just RollinGreens Ground Taco ME’EAT and cheese.
Ingredients
Serves: 1-2 People
- 1 Bag RollinGreens Ground Taco ME’EAT
- 2 cups water (Ground Taco)
- 2 T olive oil (Ground Taco)
- 6-8 corn tortillas
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 T oil
- Chopped green onion or cilantro (optional)
Instructions
Preparation:
- Add 2 cups water to a medium pot or pan.
- Add olive oil to water.
- Bring to boil, once boiling, reduce heat to medium low and tear off the top of the Ground Taco pack and add contents. Stir well.
- Stir a few times throughout the cook, cook for 7-10 minutes or until most of the moisture has evaporated.
- In a large pan, heat to medium and add 1 t of oil.
- Once oil is hot, place one tortilla at a time to the pan. Add 1/8 cup of cheese and 1/8 cup of Ground Taco and fold in half.
- Flip and cook on other side. Cook both sides until crispy and brown.
- Repeat cooking steps for each tortilla, place on a plate with a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
- Place all tacos on a serving plate.
- Wash, dry, and chop green onion or cilantro and add to plate. (Optional)
