Crispy, ME'EATY, Cheezy Tacos

Street Tacos made with just RollinGreens Ground Taco ME’EAT and cheese.


Serves: 1-2 People

  • 1 Bag RollinGreens Ground Taco ME’EAT
  • 2 cups water (Ground Taco)
  • 2 T olive oil (Ground Taco)
  • 6-8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 T oil
  • Chopped green onion or cilantro (optional)



  • Add 2 cups water to a medium pot or pan.
  • Add olive oil to water.
  • Bring to boil, once boiling, reduce heat to medium low and tear off the top of the Ground Taco pack and add contents. Stir well.
  • Stir a few times throughout the cook, cook for 7-10 minutes or until most of the moisture has evaporated.
  • In a large pan, heat to medium and add 1 t of oil.
  • Once oil is hot, place one tortilla at a time to the pan. Add 1/8 cup of cheese and 1/8 cup of Ground Taco and fold in half.
  • Flip and cook on other side. Cook both sides until crispy and brown.
  • Repeat cooking steps for each tortilla, place on a plate with a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
  • Place all tacos on a serving plate.
  • Wash, dry, and chop green onion or cilantro and add to plate. (Optional)
