RollinGreens Chopped Chic’Ken buffalo sauce in a cheesy hot dip served with French bread.

Ingredients
For the Chopped Fajita Chic’Ken
- 1 Bag RollinGreens Chopped Fajita Chic’Ken
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Buffalo Dip
- 2- 8oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
For the French Bread
- 1 French Baguette
Instructions
- For the Chopped Fajita Chic’Ken, bring 2 cups water and olive oil to a boil in a medium pot or pan. Reduce heat to medium low.
- Add the entire contents of the Chopped Fajita Chic’Ken and stir well.
- Cook 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the moisture has been absorbed. Turn heat to simmer.
- For the buffalo dip, preheat oven to 400 Degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and the cooked Chopped Fajita Chic’Ken and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Place in a oven safe dish and bake for 20-30 minutes or until top is bubbling and golden brown.
- Cut bread and toast. Serve on a heat safe platter with bread slices all around the dip.
