Buffalo Chic’Ken Dip

Buffalo Chic’Ken Dip CHOPPED FAJITA

RollinGreens Chopped Chic’Ken buffalo sauce in a cheesy hot dip served with French bread.

Serves 1-6 people


For the Chopped Fajita Chic’Ken

  • 1 Bag RollinGreens Chopped Fajita Chic’Ken
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Buffalo Dip

  • 2- 8oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce

For the French Bread

  • 1 French Baguette



  1. For the Chopped Fajita Chic’Ken, bring 2 cups water and olive oil to a boil in a medium pot or pan. Reduce heat to medium low.
  2. Add the entire contents of the Chopped Fajita Chic’Ken and stir well.
  3. Cook 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the moisture has been absorbed. Turn heat to simmer.
  4. For the buffalo dip, preheat oven to 400 Degrees F.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and the cooked Chopped Fajita Chic’Ken and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  6. Place in a oven safe dish and bake for 20-30 minutes or until top is bubbling and golden brown.
  7. Cut bread and toast. Serve on a heat safe platter with bread slices all around the dip.
