Replacing 1 pound of ground beef, one pack has over 60 grams of protein, contains NO SOY, and serves about 4 people. Our pea protein is sustainably USA-grown. Servings: 4 per package; approx. ½ cup (32 g) 


  1. Add 2 cups of water and 1-2 TBSP of olive oil, or your preferred oil to a pan or pot and turn heat to high.
  2. Bring water to a boil.
  3. Add taco pack contents to boiling water and stir.
  4. Reduce heat to Medium-Low.
  5. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until water evaporates, stir occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 1-2 minutes. 
  7. Serve in your favorite tortilla shell for tacos or burritos, or great in nachos, chili, taco salad, Sloppy Joes & more.

Too spicy and salty

I bought this on QVC looking for a ground beef substitute. I prepared one pack. The texture was OK, but I wish you would have let the customer add the desired seasonings. It has too much sodium for someone on a salt restricted diet, and both the wife and I do not care for the hot and spicy seasoning in the mix.

Loved the Taco Pack

My husband and I both loved the Taco Pack. The taste is spot on. I made it without the added oil and I don’t think it is needed at all. Used it in taco salad. The texture held up for several days. Next I’ll try it in an enchilada casserole and chili. I hope different flavors are coming soon. Would love Italian for pasta!!
