Wings: Cauliflower, Water, Rice Flour, Arrowroot, NON-GMO Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Garlic.
Teriyaki Sauce: Water, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Tamari, Garlic, Ginger.
- Preheat oven to 400 convection bake (or 425 regular bake).
- Remove sauce from bag.
- Evenly place frozen wings on baking sheet; set on center oven rack.
- Bake 12-15 min, or until thoroughly heated and golden crisp.
- To prepare sauce: Place packet in lukewarm water or remove sauce from packet and heat in saucepan.
- Coat the wings with warm sauce or place in a bowl to dip; serve immediately and enjoy!
No artificial flavors or colors
found the cauliflower flavorful but sauce kept returning. My husband ate it but kept saying it didn’t taste like chicken wings….sigh…maybe a name change cause he’s right and it messes with the head.
I'd like to try broccoli and zucinni .... fixed the same way. Any chance of a microwave product?
Tried these for the first time today. Purchased at King Soopers. I baked them in my toaster oven. Perfect. First time in many years I’ve had tempura veges. These are so delicious. Thank you for clean ingredients and using tamari in the teriyaki sauce. I have missed Japanese and Chinese food because of the gluten in soy sauce, etc. how about a mixed vege option including carrots, sweet potato, broccoli, bell pepper, etc.
