• 1-bag of RollinGreens Sweet Mustard Cauliflower Wings
  • 15-pieces celery (Whole Head) 
  • 2- Carrots
  • 1/8 t onion flake
  • 1/8-t garlic powder
  • 1/8- cup vegan cream
  • 1- fresh garlic clove
  • 1 t Salt
  • ¼- Italian Parsley


Preheat Over to 400F for Cauliflower Wings 

While Oven is heating, wash Carrots, Celery, and Parsley well. Cut Carrot & celery into sticks.

Ranch: Place vegan cream into small bowl and add the following: 1/8 t onion flake garlic powder fresh garlic clove (Chopped fine), Salt & Parley and stir.

Take Wings out of oven when finished and place on counter. In a mixing bowl, add the sauce and the wings and toss with a spoon or tongs. 

Pour sauce into dipping bowl

Place wings in serving bowl in middle of plate. Surround the Wings & Ranch with the Carrots and Celery
