Teriyaki Cauliflower Wing Avocado Bowls

Avocado halved & cut into diamond shaped cuts, Teriyaki Wings, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Cucumber & Carrot Chips, & Sushi Ginger.


  • 1 Bag of RollinGreens Teriyaki Wings
  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Large Carrots
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Sushi Ginger


Preheat oven at 400 F. Convection. Place wings on a baking tray. Cook for 10-15minutes, then when done, set aside to top place in your bowl.

Dipping Sauce:

Add a Teriyaki pack to room temperature bowl of water to defrost.

Veg Prep & Assembly:

Wash Avocados very well, cut in half and deseed. 3 of the four cut a ¼ inch

Wash Carrots and Cucumber and cut into 2-inch x ¼ inch plank chips.

On your serving plate, place the veggie chips along one side. Place the four quarters of Avocados on the remaining space on the plate. Fill the ¼ avocado that is not cut with Teriyaki Sauce. Place Ginger Roses on the flat part of the avocado and the Wings in the Bowl Part of the remaining avocados.
