Sweet Mustard Toast

Gluten Free Buckwheat Toast, House Hummus Topped with Sweet Mustard Wings, Alfalfa Sprouts

Ingredients:
1 Bag of RollinGreens Sweet Mustard Cauliflower Wings (with Sauce pack
included)
3 Slices of Buckwheat Bread
1 Can Chickpeas
2 Garlic Cloves
7 T Olive Oil
2 Lemon
1/4 Cup Tahini
Alfalfa Sprouts

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 F. Convection Bake. Once oven is up to temp, place frozen cauliflower
wings on baking tray. Bake Wings for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. You can also air fry
at 400F for about 8-10 minutes or until crispy. Remove Sauce Pack from bag and place into a
bowl unopened in room temperature water.

While Wings are cooking, in a blender or food processor add: Drained and rinsed chickpeas,
garlic, lemon juice of 2 lemons, olive oil and tahini and blend. Blend to a smooth consistency.

Place all slices of bread on a baking sheet and toast in oven for 3-4 minutes. Remove from oven
and place next to other prepped items.

Assemble toast by first spreading the hummus on each piece of toast. Add three to four wings to
each toast, and now you can sauce the plate.

Cover the plate with Sprouts, and make sure you have a fork and knife.
