Spicy Spinach Artichoke Dip with Spicy-Sweet Tots



  • Spicy Sweet Millet Tots
  • 1-Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ Yellow Onion
  • 2-4 Cloves Garlic
  • Kite Hill Plain Cream Cheese Style Spread
  • So Delicious Shredded Cheddar
  • ¼ lb. Fresh Spinach
  • 1-Can Artichoke
  • 3 oz. Pickled Jalapeño


Heat Stainless Steel Pan on Medium-Low, add 1 Tbsp Olive Oil. Add ½ Onion into Apple like wedges along with 2-4 cloves of garlic whole. Let veg cook until nice golden color, then remove from heat. In a Food Processor, add veg, one Kite Hill plane cream cheese, same volume as cream cheese of So Delicious Shredded Cheddar, ¼ lb of fresh spinach, one can of artichoke hearts(no liquid), 3 oz. pickled Jalapeño. Blend in Food Processor unit desired texture. Place in Baking Pan and Bake.
