Roasted Garlic & Cauliflower
Whole garlic cloves and RollinGreens Cauliflower Wings roasted with fresh Sage and Thyme
- 3 bulbs Garlic
- 1 bag any flavor of RollinGreens Cauliflower Wings (Use sauce pack for another dish)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 sprigs of Sage & Thyme
- Salt & pepper
- Cut ends off of each garlic clove. Mash each clove with a knife, to de-skin. Place all whole cloves into a baking pan. Drizzle olive oil and add a touch of salt. Tear apart the sage leaves and take the herb of the stem of the thyme. Add to pan
- Add RollinGreens Cauliflower Wings to Baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve as a simple side dish for the holidays
