Roasted Garlic & Cauliflower
Whole garlic cloves and RollinGreens Cauliflower Wings roasted with fresh Sage and Thyme

Ingredients

  • 3 bulbs Garlic
  • 1 bag any flavor of RollinGreens Cauliflower Wings (Use sauce pack for another dish)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 sprigs of Sage & Thyme
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut ends off of each garlic clove. Mash each clove with a knife, to de-skin. Place all whole cloves into a baking pan. Drizzle olive oil and add a touch of salt. Tear apart the sage leaves and take the herb of the stem of the thyme. Add to pan
  • Add RollinGreens Cauliflower Wings to Baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Serve as a simple side dish for the holidays
