Party Cups Appetizer Platter
Classic tastes done gluten-free. RollinGreens Onion and Sea Salt Ancient Grain Tots, Quinn Pepper Pretzels with Vegan Cheese sauce, RollinGreens Spicy Green Buffalo Wings, Quinn Popcorn Ball clusters served in parchment cup.
Appetizer for 4-8 people
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place tots on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or foil for easy clean up. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Vegan Cheese Sauce
Heat pot to med and add the oil. Cut onion into apple sliver size pieces. Place into the pot and add the clove of garlic. Slow cook, until nice golden color on most of the onion. In a blender add: Cooked onion and garlic, carrot, cashews, cashew cream and salt. Blend until smooth. Add back into same pot and turn to low heat and cover.
Cook kettle corn and place finished popped kernels into large mixing bowl. Heat marshmallows and butter and mix. Drizzle melted marshmallows and butter over the pop corn and mix with spoon. Use gloves if you have them and make gold ball size clusters and place right into parchment cups. Heat chocolate with a touch of butter and milk. In a plastic bag, crush 4-5 pretzels and open bag. Dip one side of balls in chocolate and finish each cluster with salt and crushed pretzels.
Pick out your favorite cupcake tray and place parchment cups inside. Place ketchup in every fourth cup, place cheese sauce in every four cup, and spicy buffalo sauce in every fourth cup. In the final cup place the Clusters in the cups. Add three tots to each ketchup cup and finish them with a drizzle of ketchup. In the cheese, place three pretzels on top. Do the same with the Wings in the Spicy Green Buffalo Sauce and have yourself a party, and enjoy the holiday season with the people who mean the most to you.
