Millet Tots with Lemon Honey Mustard dipping sauce Serves 1-2
- 7 Millet Tots per serving
- 6 tbl Dijonnaise or Dijon Mustard
- 3 tsp of Honey or Agave
- 3 tsp of Fresh Lemon Juice
- Zest of a whole organic Lemon
- 1/8 tsp of salt
Place Millet Tots in oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. While Millet tots are cooking, start your dipping sauce. Place mustard, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest and salt in bowl and whisk together.
