Lo Mein with Teriyaki Wings

RollinGreens Teriyaki Cauliflower Wings, Lo Mein Noodles, Carrot & Onion


  • 1 RollinGreens Teriyaki Cauliflower Wings 
  • 1 Pack Lo Maine, Udon, or Ramen Noodle
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Green Onions
  • ¼ Yellow Onion
  • 1 tsp olive oil 
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 t Black sesame Seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F Convection or 425 Degrees F Bake
  2. Remove Wings with sauce and egg roll wraps from the freezer.. Place the wings on a baking sheet, and the sauce pack into a small saucepan, and get the noodles out from the refrigerator.
  3. Bake Wings for 10-15 minutes or until color starts to appear. Set aside to top your Lo Maine.
  4. Wash and prep green onion by cutting ¼ inch cut on aa bios. Set aside to finish the dish.
  5. Wash carrot and now we will make matchstick cuts. Cut carrot into thirds. Stand the carrot up onto the flat end and cut one side. Now place the carrot on the flat side you just made and cut off the other three sides making the cylinder a rectangle (elongated square).
  6. Cut the rectangle into ¼ inch planks. Now the final cut will be another ¼ inch cut. Set aside to pan fry.
  7. Cut Yellow Onion into ¼ inch slices. Start your Pan Seared Lo Maine with.
  8. In a medium to large pan heat to medium. Add oil and wait a few seconds to allow oil to get hot.
  9. Add Yellow onion, carrot, salt, and pepper to pan and stir with tongs. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until color starts to appear on onion and carrot.
  10. Add noodles and stir gently. Once noodles are movable, add the RollinGreens Teriyaki Sauce.
  11. Cook and stir for another 1-20 seconds.
  12. Remove from the pan and place onto your serving dish.
  13. Top with RollinGreens Wings
  14. Finish dish with Green Onion.
  15. Cut on a bios and place on a serving plate.
