Grilled Peach Salad

We love summer product from the Farmer's Market. Our Grilled Peach Salad is the perfect treat after a trip to the market.

  • 4 peaches
  • ½ medium-sized jicama, peeled and cubed
  • ½ bunch fresh dill, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp agave


  1. Halve peaches, remove pits, and grill over an open flame for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Let cool for 10 minutes, then dice.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together. 
  3. Serve chilled.
