- 4 peaches
- ½ medium-sized jicama, peeled and cubed
- ½ bunch fresh dill, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp agave
- Halve peaches, remove pits, and grill over an open flame for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Let cool for 10 minutes, then dice.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together.
- Serve chilled.
