Crispy Cauliflower Tacos with Spicy Green Buffalo Sauce & Avocado Cream Slaw


  • 1 bag of RollinGreens Spicy Green Buffalo Cauliflower Wings (Sauce Pack)
  • 6- Mini Corn Tortillas
  • ¼ Head of Red Cabbage
  • 1- Carrot
  • ½ t Apple Cider Vinegar 
  • Salt To fit
  • 1 T Chili sauce
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 t Honey or Agave
  • Sunflower Oil
  • Taco Seasoning Pack


  • Preheat Over to 400F for Cauliflower Wings 
  • While Oven is heating, wash Cabbage, Avocado, Carrot well. Shred Carrot and Cabbage with grader into bowl. 
  • Place Cauliflower Wings on Cooking tray and Bake for 12-15 minutes once oven is ready. Place Sauce in look warm bowl of water to defrost.
  • Place pan on medium heat and add oil once hot. Let oil heat before adding tortillas. Let sit and don’t spin until golden in color, then flip tortilla with tongs for 10 seconds then flip back to golden side.
  • Add Avocado, chili sauce and honey into blender and blend smooth. Add to shredded Carrot and Cabbage and mix.
  • Dust each tortilla with taco seasoning on the oil side, then place cooked tortilla on plate. Repeat cooking process of all tortillas.
  • Place wings on each tortilla, add slaw, and top them with the defrosted Spicy green Buffalo Sauce.
