RollinGreens Sweet Mustard Cauliflower Wings, on toasted slider buns with pickled red onion and pickle slices.
Ingredients: Makes 4 sliders
- 1 bag of RollinGreens Sweet Mustard Cauliflower Wings (also try this recipe with our other flavors)
- 1 bag of slider buns
- ¼ raw red onion
- 1 Pickle or pickle slices
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup water
- Mayonnaise (optional)
- Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing
Preheat oven to 400 F. Convection. Place frozen wings on baking tray. Cook for 10-15 minutes. When finished, toss in our sweet mustard sauce. Place back into the oven for 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup vinegar, 1 T salt,1 T sugar, ½ cup water to saucepan and bring to boil. Cut red onion into ¼ inch rounds and place in a bowl. Pour the hot liquid into the bowl with the onion slices, and cover with cellophane. Uncover at assembly of the sliders.
Add butter to pan on med heat. Allow butter to melt and place the buns flat side down. Allow to toast to golden brown and remove.
Pick out your party plate. On a cutting board, place all bun bottoms on the area closest to you, with the tops above each bottom. If using mayonnaise, this is the time to spread onto the bottom buns. Add Pickles next, if need to cut the pickle, do so before placing onto sliders. Now place 3-4 Wings on each bottom bun. Uncover your pickled red onion and place on top of the Wings. Place the top buns on the sliders and place a toothpick in the center of each, holding them together.
Transfer to serving dish. Can be served with Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing.
