Sweet Mustard Wings, Pickled Red Onion, Black Olive, Green Bell Pepper, Shredded Lettuce topped with Marinara on Italian Roll
- 1 Bag of RollinGreens Sweet Mustard Cauliflower Wings
- 1 French Baguette
- Red Onion
- ½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 T Salt
- 1 can of Black Olives
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- Marinara Sauce
- 1 Iceberg Lettuce
- ½ cup Mayonnaise (Optional)
- Pepperoncini’s (Optional)
Preheat the oven at 400 F. Convection. Place Bell peppers with the tops cut off on a baking tray. Rube with oil and dust with Salt & Pepper. Cook for 15-20 minutes, then when done, set aside to fill once filling is made.
Add Sweet Mustard Sauce and Mayonnaise to a small mixing bowl. Mix with a fork until one color. If you do not like Mayonnaise, just cover the top Piece of Bread on the inner side with Sweet Mustard Sauce Pack.
Cut in half long ways. On a baking tray, toast Bread in your already preheated oven for 3 minutes.
Veg Prep & Assembly:
Wash Lettuce Leaves, Green Bell Pepper. Dry All veg properly. Cut Green Pepper Into 1/4 in Rounds. Cut Lettuce and Red Onion, and Black Olive into 1/4 in. slices.
In a Pot, add Vinegar and Salt and bring to a boil. Add Red Onion and turn off the burner and cover.
On a cutting Board, place your toasted baguette and start to assemble your sub. Add a layer Dressing to top bread followed by Lettuce, Green Bell Pepper and Black Olives.
On the bottom bread, make a bed of Hot marinara followed by the Baked Cauliflower Wings.
Place top Bread on the Wings and cut in half at a bios
