A little background on the Rollingreens crew
RollinGreens dates back to 1980 when the Cunningham’s debuted Boulder’s first organic and local food truck. After three years serving the community, three kids and a fourth one on the way (Chef Ko), the Cunningham’s prepared to throw in the towel and pursue other careers. Fast forward thirty-five years later, and RollinGreens was reborn.
Husband and wife team Ryan and Lindsey Cunningham took to the streets of Boulder, Colorado in 2011 where they served their spin on street food using local and organic ingredients. After five years being a farmers market staple and a successful catering service, they launched their packaged product line in 2015. Their line debuted with the revolutionary product Millet Tots, the company’s version of tater tots made with an ancient whole grain. Millet Tots hit the shelves of Whole Foods and other natural retailers in May of 2015.
RollinGreens plans to debut three more flavors of the Millet Tots and expand their product line in 2016.
RollinGreens exists to elevate the frozen food category by delivering the most conscious, innovative culinary experience, one that starts with nutritious ingredients then emanates outward to every customer’s touch point. For us, the freezer is natures pause button.
